HOW TO:
STEP 1:
Heat a wok over high heat with a bit of oil. Add the chopped garlic and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
Remove the beef from the pan and set aside.
STEP 2:
Add the hand-cut beef and cook, tossing constantly, until it starts to brown. Keep it moving in the wok.
STEP 3:
Add the vegetables and continue stir-frying. Once everything starts to soften, add a splash of soy sauce and a bit of oyster sauce. Toss well until everything is coated and combined. Remove from heat and let it cool.
STEP 4:
To assemble, place the filling on a spring roll wrapper, roll tightly, and seal the edges with a simple flour and water mix.
STEP 5:
Fry until golden and crispy.
STEP 6:
Serve hot, with soy sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
