Beef and Vegetable Rolls

 

 

How to:

Step 1:
Flatten the heart of rump to make thin slices.

Step 2:
Layer Dambo cheese on top of the beef slices (optional).

Step 3:
Place strips of each bell pepper over the cheese and roll tightly, securing with pre-soaked skewers.

Step 4: 
Grill or pan-sear until the beef is cooked to your liking and the cheese (if used) melts.
