Ribeye “Cachetada” Tacos with Argentine Beef

 

 

How to:

Step 1:
Slice ribeye into thin sheets and grill on a hot griddle with just salt.

Step 2:
On the same griddle, add gouda cheese, a dollop of goat cheese, and the wheat tortillas (you may use corn tortillas if desired).

Step 3:
Remove from the griddle, then add red salsa, cilantro, and fresh onion.


Dig in!
