Cheese & Steak Argentine Beef Dogs

 

 

How to:

Step 1:
Cut provoleta cheese into thick sticks and thread them onto skewers.

Step 2:
Slice bell peppers, onions, and jalapeños, and sauté them until soft.

Step 3:
Cut Argentine beef tenderloin into sticks and grill for 1 minute on each side.

Step 4:
Use the same grill to cook the cheese skewers until golden on the outside and melted on the inside.

Step 5:
Serve everything in a hot dog bun and enjoy before the game!
