Argentine Strip Steak with Pesto Gnocchi

 

 

How to:

Step 1:
Combine 200g of fresh ricotta with 2 eggs, a handful of grated cheese, and 200g of self-rising flour.

Step 2:
Form rolls and cut them to the desired size.

Step 3:
Cook in abundant water until they float, then remove and sauté with pesto (basil, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, and garlic, all processed until obtaining a paste).

Step 4:
Portion the sirloin steak and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.

Step 5:
Serve alongside the gnocchi and enjoy!
