Argentine Strip Steak With Lentil Salad
How to:
For Tortas Fritas:
Combine 500g of flour with 20g of salt, 300ml of water, and 4 tablespoons of melted butter. Knead until smooth and let it rest.
For Lentil Salad:
2 cups cooked lentils, 1 chopped red onion, 1 deseeded chopped cucumber, 20 cherry tomatoes, 20 olives, fresh parsley to taste. Dress with olive oil vinaigrette with pepper, salt, honey, and lemon.
For Bife de Chorizo:
Leave at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before cooking, season with salt on all sides, place the fat side down on the grill, turn on its sides until desired doneness is achieved. Rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
Fry the torta fritas and enjoy!
