Bifes a la Criolla

 

 

HOW TO:

Step 1:
Salt and sear thin-cut Argentine ribeye in hot oil until lightly browned. Remove and set aside.

Step 2:
In the same pan, sauté sliced onions and bell peppers until soft. Add tomato slices, cumin, sweet paprika, and salt. Stir gently and let the flavors come together.

Step 3:
Return the beef to the pan. Add a bit of water and let everything simmer until tender and juicy. Finish with fresh cilantro.

Step 4:
Serve with rice, sliced avocado, and fried ripe plantains.
