Hawaiian Style Argentine Ribeye

 

 

How to:

For the marinade:
- 2 cups soy sauce
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 30g chopped ginger
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped - 50g brown sugar

Mix well until the sugar dissolves.

Step 1:
Marinate the 2 ribeye steaks for at least 2 hours.

Step 2:
Grill over high heat, turning every 2 minutes for a total of 8 minutes.

Step 3:
Strain the marinade and reduce it to make a sauce.

Step 4:
Grill the pineapple slices.

Step 5:
Remove and let the steaks rest.

Step 6:
Slice and serve with their juices over stir-fried rice and grilled pineapple and enjoy!
