Argentine Picanha Bourguignon Style
How to:
Step 1:
Cut the bacon in strips, remove, and sear cubes of picanha on all sides.
Step 2:
Remove the meat and add chopped onion, rosemary, and tomato paste.
Step 3:
Reincorporate the meat and the bacon, then cover with red wine and cook slowly.
Step 4:
When the beef can be shredded but still holds its shape, add sliced carrots and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
Step 5:
Serve in a casserole dish and enjoy with toasted bread!
