Argentine Ribeye Steak "a la Fiorentina"

 

 

How to:

Step 1:
Pan sear the ribeye steak for 3 min each side adding butter when flipped.

Step 2:
Remove the steak and add chopped onion and garlic.

Step 3:
Add the spinach till cooked and pour a spoon of flour, mixing it up well for about a minute.

Step 4:
Pour heavy cream, add grated cheese, and let it simmer until texture is on point.

Step 5:
Return the steak to the preparation and take the skillet to a hot oven for about 5min. Ready to enjoy!
