Skirt Steak with Chimichurri Butter

 
 

 

How to:

Step 1:
Season the skirt steak just with salt before grilling and cook to your desired temperature.

Step 2:
In a bowl, mix melted butter with chimichurri mix (oregano, parsley, chili peppers, Spanish paprika, cumin, and paprika). Or you could use the premix Alejo frugoni Chimichurri rub.

Step 3:
Dress the beef with the melted butter before serving. Enjoy!
