Argentine Skirt Steak with Brie and Caramelized Onions



How to:

Step 1:
Julienne-cut the onions and cook them in a separate pan with butter and a pinch of salt until they turn brown.

Step 2:
Season the skirt steak just with salt before grilling and cook to your desired temperature.

Step 3:
Slice a few pieces of brie cheese and layer them over the hot steak.

Step 4:
Add the caramelized onions on top.

Step 5:
Allow the cheese to melt slightly before serving. Enjoy!
