*1 small Argentine tenderlion
*1 red bell pepper
*1/2 Lbs of smoked slab bacon
*Salt and pepper, to taste
*Chopped parsley, for garnish
*Optional: mint leaves for a fresh touch
Soak wooden skewers in water for about 30 minutes to prevent them from burning during cooking.
Thread the pieces of beef, red bell pepper, onion, and bacon onto the skewers, alternating the ingredients.
Drizzle olive oil over the assembled skewers, making sure to coat all the ingredients evenly.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, or until the beef is cooked through and the vegetables are nicely charred.
Garnish: Sprinkle chopped parsley over the top for a fresh and vibrant garnish. If you desire, you can also add some mint leaves for an extra burst of freshness. Enjoy!
