Picanha Steaks with Provençal Fries
Cut the Picanha steaks as shown in the video. This step is very important because a Picanha steak needs to be cut differently from other steaks or kebabs.
Cook over hot, coal ambers for 6 minutes on each side. The melting fat from the Picanha will help feed the flames, something that gives it its unique and characteristic flavor.
Fry some potatoes and sprinkle them with salt, garlic, and chopped parsley (Provençal style). Enjoy!
