How to:

Step 1:
Trim the flank steak, butterfly it without cutting one of the edges, stuff it with shredded mozzarella cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil, and secure it with a skewer.

Step 2:
Sear it on high heat on both sides, remove it, and wrap it with a blanket of bacon.

Step 3:
Place it on the grill until the bacon reaches your desired level of crispiness, and it’s ready to enjoy this delicious dish!
