Robata-Style Skewers

 

 

How to:

Step 1:
Cut premium Argentine picanha, outside skirt, and ribeye into equal strips. Skewer evenly.

Step 2:
Season with oil and salt, then cook over charcoal.

Step 3:
Sear all sides, brushing with ponzu or similar sauce.

Step 4: 
Serve with spicy mayo for a bold, smoky kick!
